Registration
Complete registration on BIKEVERSE. Pay the organizer fee, then fill the form and upload proof of payment.
- 420 RON: until 10 August, 23:59
- 520 RON: 11 - 18 August
The fee includes Bike Pass for Friday and Saturday.
Minors (under 18)
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If the parent is not present, a notarized consent is required.
Unlicensed athletes
Must present a family doctor certificate and accident insurance.

Thursday, 20 August
- 15:00 - 16:00: Race kit pickup
- 16:00 - 17:00: Track walk (reach the gondola on time with kit collected)
Friday, 21 August
- 08:00 - 14:00: Race kit pickup
- 09:00 - 10:30: Track walk (Super Slow Bike Walk)
- 11:00 - 16:00: Official training
- 16:30: Technical meeting at race office
Saturday, 22 August
- 09:00 - 11:00: Official training
- 11:30 - 13:30: Seeding run
- 14:00 - 16:00: Finals
- 17:00: Award ceremony

Mandatory gear
- DHI-approved full-face helmet (with visor)
- Knee pads
- Handlebar end plugs
- Back / spine protector
Extra mandatory for minors
Chest protection, elbow pads, full-finger gloves, long-sleeve jersey.
Action cameras only on the helmet visor, with commissaires' approval.
The most important part
Missing protective gear or ignoring instructions leads to disqualification.
Bike Park Azuga track
DHI format on a 2.4 km track: start ~1400 m, finish ~1000 m, 400 m drop. Uplift by gondola. Race office is in the large Azuga parking area at the finish zone.
