How much does CONECTOR cost for my club?
You can start free with up to 5 athletes. Paid plans start at the prices shown above, in your market currency. Card payment commission varies by plan.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes, for online card payments. We guide you through setup in minutes. Without Stripe you can still use the rest of the platform (members, training, communication).
Can I migrate from Excel or another app?
Gradually, yes. There is no automatic Excel import: use your list as a reference and add athletes in CONECTOR one by one, by invite (email) or search in BIKEVERSE. Each athlete needs an app account. Create groups step by step, without moving everything at once.
Is it available in my country?
CONECTOR Sports club is available in Romania and the United Kingdom, with expansion to other European markets. Check prices in local currency on this page.
What does the Free plan include?
Clubs list page, up to 5 athletes, training with RSVP, basic communication and BIKEVERSE visibility. No card, no commitment.
Where do card payments go? (Stripe Connect)
Funds go straight to your club's Stripe Connect account, not a BIKEVERSE holding account. We use Stripe Connect, the secure, compliant standard used by thousands of organisations, with payout to your club bank account. You do not need to build a website and integrate card payments yourself: membership fees, competition fees and payment requests run through BIKEVERSE and CONECTOR, ready to use.
